Meet & Mingle is your chance to connect with the region's business community in a relaxed, welcoming setting. It is an informal event that brings innovative local operators together under one roof, the perfect place to build relationships, spark collaborations and uncover new opportunities.

There is no pressure and no pitch competition. You arrive, you are introduced, and you get proper time to talk with the people you actually want to meet. Plenty of members tell us they leave with a genuine connection rather than a stack of cards they never follow up.

How it works
Three simple beats
Introductions first
Each event opens with introductions around the room, so you know who is here and who you want to talk with before the conversations start.
Five minutes one-on-one
The Connect part of the event gives you five focused minutes one-on-one with another business owner. Far more useful than a quick hello with everyone in the room.
Connect and follow up
You leave knowing exactly who to reach out to. Relationships that start here often turn into referrals, collaborations and new work down the track.

Meet & Mingle is free to attend and open to businesses from right across the Hunter, including Port Stephens, Dungog, Lake Macquarie, Cessnock, Maitland, Singleton, Upper Hunter, Muswellbrook and Newcastle. Members and guests are both welcome.

Does it cost anything to attend?
No. Meet & Mingle is free to attend. Registration is essential so we know who is coming and can feature every business in the event presentation.
Do I have to be a member?
No. The event is open to businesses from across the Hunter Region, members and guests alike. Networking at Hub Meet & Mingle events is one of the benefits members enjoy, alongside HRTO events.
What should I bring?
Just yourself and a short description of your business. To get the most exposure, send us your logo and a brief business description with your RSVP so we can include you in the presentation.
