How we handle your details

Who we are

This website is run by Hunter Region Business Enterprise Centre Incorporated (ABN 36 782 654 484), the not-for-profit organisation behind the Hunter Region Business Hub in Kurri Kurri. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

You can read everything on this site without telling us who you are. There are no accounts, logins or member areas here.

When you send one of our forms, we receive what you type into it: your name, phone number and email address, plus the details the form asks for, such as your business name, the room and date you want, the membership level that looks right, or the office space you are after. If you ring or email us instead, nothing is collected through the website at all.

What it is used for

Hub staff use your enquiry to get back to you and arrange the thing you asked about: answering a question, confirming a room booking, processing a membership application, or talking to you about office space. Your enquiry is stored securely and delivered to the Hub team through a form-handling service operated by our website provider.

• It is never sold, and never shared with advertisers.
• It is not added to any mailing list. The Hub's member eNewsletter goes to members as part of membership, not to anyone who fills in a form.
• No payment details are taken through this website. Nothing is charged until Hub staff confirm your booking or membership with you directly.

Spam filtering

Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than a spam robot. It does that without asking who you are; Cloudflare's own privacy policy applies to that check.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The site search runs in your browser, so what you search for never leaves your device. Videos are embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode, which means YouTube sets no cookies unless you press play; once you play one, YouTube's own privacy policy applies to the player. If how this site works ever changes, this page changes with it.

Seeing, correcting or removing your details

If you want to know what we hold from an enquiry you sent, or want it corrected or deleted, just ask. Call 1300 304 794 or 02 4936 2557, email reception@huntervalleyhub.com.au, or write to P.O. Box 195, Kurri Kurri NSW 2327, and it will be handled directly.
