The Board Room
Seats up to 10 around the table
An oval timber table, comfortable chairs and a large TV for presentations and video calls. It suits board meetings, client presentations, interviews and mediation days, close the door and the room is yours.

The Training Room
Up to 20 at tables, or 40 theatre style
Our training room carries the most advanced technology in the building: a large TV, an electronic whiteboard and data projectors, with movable tables that reset from classroom to U-shape to theatre between sessions.

Room hire rates
Bookings can be made for weekdays. A half day is 9:00am–12:30pm in the morning or 1:00pm–5:00pm in the afternoon; a full day is 9:00am–5:00pm. Room hire is not available on weekends or public holidays. All prices are inclusive of GST.

The small things are already sorted
Every booking comes with free onsite parking, kitchen facilities, disability access and our reception team on hand during office hours to welcome your guests. Both rooms are air conditioned and carpeted.
Getting here is easy too: the Hub sits close to the Hunter Expressway, half an hour from Newcastle and Singleton and about 15 minutes from Maitland and Cessnock.
Catering can be arranged as per your requirements by external caterers, generally sandwiches, cakes and slices. Prices are available on application and are subject to change.

Room hire questions
Can I book a room on a weekend?
No. Bookings can be made for weekdays, room hire is not available on weekends or public holidays.
Do members really pay less?
Yes. Members save $19.00 to $31.00 on every booking depending on the room and duration, and reduced room hire is one item on a long list of member benefits. If you book rooms regularly, the saving adds up quickly.
Is there parking and disability access?
Both. Free onsite parking sits right by the building, and the rooms have disability access.
Can you arrange catering?
Yes, catering can be arranged to your requirements by external caterers, generally sandwiches, cakes and slices. Prices on application.
