How much does it cost?
Office workspaces commence at $350.00 per month including GST. The exact rent depends on the space, so register your interest and our team will talk you through what is available and what it costs.
What lease terms are on offer?
A 1 year licence agreement, or a commercial lease from 1 year to 5 year options. There are no legal fees or stamp duty, except on commercial leases.
Can I get in after hours?
Yes. Tenants have access 7 days per week, 24 hours a day, with monitored security and CCTV across the public areas and carpark, and on site parking for you, your staff and your clients.
What if nothing is available right now?
Register your interest anyway. Tenancies turn over through the year, and when a space opens up we work through the list of registered businesses first.
Do tenants get anything beyond the space?
Yes. Tenants can use business coaching services at reduced fees, hire the conference and meeting rooms at reduced fees, and network with other tenants and Hub members. Many tenants also join as members for the full benefits list.
