The units

100 square metres, one predictable monthly fee

Each unit gives you 100 square metres of workspace, with the running costs rolled into a single cost-effective monthly fee instead of a stack of separate bills.

  • Monthly fee includes electricity, security, council and water rates
  • Annual licence agreements, or longer term leases can be arranged
  • Free off street parking for you, your staff and your clients

Two things to know upfront: the units are not air conditioned, and high energy users may be charged additionally for their electricity usage.
