AKM Self Storage

AKM Self Storage was established in January 2008 and is owned and operated by Kathryn and Aaron McDonald. We have lived in the local area all our lives and are proud to be able to offer Self Storage units to both commercial and private customers.

AKM Self Storage currently has 105 units in operation, with the potential for expansion in the future. Unit sizes range from 2m x 3m, up to 6m x 3m; with all units being 2.7m in height

AKM Self Storage offers a clean, modern, purpose-built facility with 24 hour security and surveillance and superior customer service at an affordable price. We have provided undercover areas for loading/unloading goods, as well as trolleys for customer use. The facility is well lit and offers amenities such as toilets and $1.00 cold drinks for our customer’s convenience. We also have extensive fire protection equipment on site and we have a regular fumigation program.

We are pleased to provide storage for a wide variety of customers who require a safe, secure, waterproof storage area for a short, medium or long period of time. Whether you are renovating, building, waiting to move to a new house, need room for a hobby, downsizing your home, temporarily living overseas or interstate, need somewhere to store business documents, have excess stock, or whatever the reason, AKM Self Storage can help you with all of your residential and business storage needs.

As well as offering self storage, we also are able to offer our customers goods insurance, packing boxes and supplies, as well as a free courtesy trailer for use when moving goods in or out.
