Hunter Community Inclusion is a registered NDIS provider delivering high-quality, person-centred disability support services throughout the Hunter Region.

We believe every person deserves the opportunity to live the life they choose. Our experienced     and down-to-earth team works alongside participants, families, and support networks to provide tailored supports that promote independence, inclusion, and meaningful community participation.

At Hunter Community Inclusion, we pride ourselves on building genuine relationships, delivering reliable supports, and being open and transparent. If we believe we are not the right fit for a participant, we will say so. All our potential supports are filtered through 2 things- can we do it well and can we do it consistently!  We strive to build relationships that are strong and lead to long term support for participants and their families.
