Andrew Vile is the Principal Solicitor of Vile & Vile Solicitors, a boutique Law Practice. Andrew holds a Law Degree from Macquarie University, Sydney, and has held a Practising Certificate for more than almost 39 years.

Andrew was raised on a farm outside Maitland, and is the fifth generation of his family to live in this area. He can therefore be well and truly considered a “local”. He has an extensive knowledge of the Lower Hunter Valley. Andrew practices in a wide range of legal areas, but principally in the sale and purchase of property and businesses (conveyancing); commercial law (particularly leasing); Wills and Estates; Elder Law (eg Powers of Attorney and Appointments of Enduring Guardians); and general legal advice.

Andrew is ably assisted by Miss Kelly Field, paralegal, and Mrs Belinda Palmer, receptionist/paralegal. Both Kelly and Belinda are Justices of the Peace.

The office has been located on Belmore Road, Lorn for 32 years.

Andrew is now acting for third generations of families who have retained his services, and acts for clients who live throughout N.S.W. A thorough, yet cautious, approach to client’s matters, with attention to detail, has resulted in considerable client loyalty and numerous referrals of clients by others to the practice.
