From Idea to Identity Workshop

• For a long time, I thought confidence was something you needed before you put yourself out there.
• I’ve since learnt that it’s usually the other way around.
• You have a go.
• You get things wrong.
• You change direction.
• You find your people.
• Sometimes you realise they’re not your people.
• You learn, evolve and keep showing up.
• And somewhere along the way, confidence finds you.

Drawing on my experience in leadership at The Mutual Bank and my own journey building Melanie Norman Artist from the ground up, I’m so excited to be joining The Hub for my new workshop, From Idea to Identity.

A morning exploring the space between having an idea and finding the confidence to actually put it into action.

We’ll talk purpose, identity, personal branding, visibility and the very real trial and error of building something meaningful.

No perfect business plan required.

Just an idea and a willingness to have a go.
