Betta Days

At Betta Days, we use evidence-based practices, alongside creative and innovative methods, to provide individualised support for children, young people and adults using trauma therapy, social support and social stories.

We have specifically designed our therapy room around the needs of children and young people by creating an outdoor themed area. This room allows them to practice new skills and learn strategies to support the therapeutic process. 

With experience in primary and secondary teaching, child protection and refugee settlement, your child, young person or yourself will be guided through the process of recovery to enjoy Betta Days.
