Just Roll With It Huntlee is a small artisan micro-bakery based in North Rothbury in the Hunter Valley. We specialise in naturally fermented sourdough breads and handcrafted baked goods made using traditional methods, simple ingredients and long fermentation. Our products contain no commercial yeast, preservatives or additives.

We supply our loaves through local markets, community pick-ups and select retail partnerships, and we also host small hands-on sourdough workshops teaching traditional breadmaking skills. Our focus is on wholesome food, supporting local producers and contributing to the Hunter Valley’s vibrant food and tourism culture.
